The Barclay is a four-story, 56 unit planned new residential development project located within the St. Josephs Hospital Zone Redevelopment Area on the Southside of Paterson, NJ. JCAL Development Group LLC is working with the Area 11 designated ‘Master Developer’ – St. Joseph’s Regional Medical Center – on revitalizing the Barclay Street corridor that connects points west (Montclair/Clifton) and patrons traversing via I-80 with the hospital campus.

Situated at the northwest corner of Barclay and Chadwick Streets, The Barclay will boast 56 spacious two-bedroom units, ranging from 920-1,020 square feet, each with two full bathrooms in a four-story structure. Taking advantage of a 14-foot site slope along the main frontage, the project will feature 74 underground parking spaces, with bicycle storage and tenant storage lockers. The project will also have a tenant laundry room in the basement. The rear-yard will feature a 7,000 square foot landscaped terrace for passive recreational uses.
