The Summit Ridge Apartments is a six-story, mixed-population development project located in the Lower Highbridge/Yankee Village section of the Bronx. The project entails the new construction of 58 units of multi-family housing. The site is situated on the northeast corner of Summit Avenue and West 162nd Street. The Project will consist of 8 studios, 20 one-bedrooms, 24 two-bedrooms, 6 three-bedrooms and includes 1 two-bedroom superintendents unit. It is contemplated that the partnership will enter into a 60-year regulatory agreement with New York City Housing Development Corporation that will provide for all units at the Project to be set-aside for households earning no more than 60% of AMI. The building will total approximately 58,000 gross square feet. The building is currently fully occupied.
